Short version: this website is for grown-ups. We collect only what you type into our forms, we use it only to tell you about Learnlings, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we are

Learnlings is operated by BlueRadii (The BR Hub), a sole proprietorship owned by Yaniv Avshalomov, Carlsbad, California. Contact us at [email protected].

What this website collects

• Waitlist: your email address, whether you are a parent, teacher or PTA volunteer, your school if you add it, the invite code if a friend invited you, and which form you used.
• Wish list (optional): the grades in your family, the subjects you want most, whether you would join a pilot, and any note you write.
• Board and school feedback (optional): your rating, answers and comments, and your name and role only if you choose to give them.
• Spam protection: our forms use a hidden check field and a short timing check. We do not store your IP address, browser details or cookies with what you send us. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.

The setup walkthrough on this site is a simulation: nothing you type there is saved or sent.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising, tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If we add privacy-friendly visitor counts in the future, they will not use cookies or identify you, and we will update this page first.

Children

This website is for adults. Children do not sign up here, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it. The Learnlings app will have its own privacy policy, written for families and schools, before any child uses it, including parental consent and, for classrooms, a signed student data privacy agreement with the school district.

How we use your information

Only to tell you about Learnlings (launch news and pilot invitations), to shape what we build first, and to share your feedback with the team. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores form data on our behalf. We don't send marketing email yet. When we send confirmations or updates, they will come from our email provider, and you can unsubscribe from updates at any time. We share information with others only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist and wish list: we keep waitlist information until 24 months after launch, and we delete it within 30 days if you ask.
• Board and school feedback: 24 months.
• Spam-protection codes: 24 hours.

Your choices and rights

Email us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to unsubscribe. Every update email includes an unsubscribe link. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to not be discriminated against for using them. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), forms only accept submissions from this website, and access to stored data is limited to the people running Learnlings.

Changes

If we change this page we will update the effective date at the top, and tell waitlist members about any important change before it applies.
